Reliability and fast trouble-shooting are important criteria for the car manufacturing industry. We’ve delivered controlling systems to all of the Swedish car bodywork manufacturing sites. Together with our customers, we’ve created system solutions which include our entire product offering.

The PLC systems from Mitsubishi Electric are foundation of the concept. In the controlling systems, the sequential programs are smoothly set up in am easy to use programming tool. This provides a simple trouble-shooting and monitoring function. Additionally, alarms are logged in programs that we’ve developed ourselves. In order to increase the life time of the mechanics and to adapt the speed of assembly lines, frequency inverters are used.

In addition to the bodywork manufacturers, our products and solutions are found to a large extend at their sub-suppliers’ productions.
